Star Rating Reset to Zero

Did anyone else lose their star rating after oDesk's update last night? Want to know whether I need to get a ticket started on it or if this is common. Thanks, BH

It happened to me, too. Seems like something that'll get a priority fix - fingers crossed; I've already submitted a ticket.

Here's what they had to say via chat: 8:08 PM Brennan H: My rating reset to zero after last night's update. 8:09 PM Hanzel: I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you, Brennan. We received similar reports today and we understand that this really can be frustrating. 8:09 PM Hanzel: We are currently working on a known bug, and expect resolution soon. 8:10 PM Hanzel: Our Engineering team has identified this as temporary system issue which is currently being troubleshooted. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this issue. "Troubleshooted."
