Hello. I was thinking about the same thing while considering whether to try out "project catalog". I've been reading extensively on a variety of topics related to freelancing on upwork recently, and have not yet come across any statistics regarding this particular aspect. I did however come across many profiles of individuals with substantial work experience on upwork, and I noticed (in the client reviews) that a signifcant amount of work was through projects advertised in the "project catalog".
I decided to send in my own for review and publishing to the catalog then. Fingers crossed, I suppose 🙂
I am also interested in the statistics etc. if anyone has more information regarding this.
