Still My Upwork account had been suspended

more than 1 day ago, I received an email from Upwork Help to verify my identity via document as part of Upwork's continuing commitment to keeping their Marketplace safe for both clients and freelancers, they are implementing a quality review of all accounts.

I followed their directions and uploaded my ID document and they said they would reply within 24 hours.

But about 30 hours passed after that and my account still has been put on hold(suspended)

Is there anyone to help this solved?

I hope it will be resolved asap.

I am losing my jobs and clients due to that.

You told me I would receive the reply very soon  on the open ticket, but after that, more than 1 day passed and i heard nothing from him.

Also my account still is suspended.

I am losing jobs and clients.

This is very hard time for me.

And i sent messages but Keem does not reply to me.

I hope you to help me to solve this asap.

Another person called **Edited for Community Guidelines**replied to me that my account has been resumed.

I can continue working.
