Still suspended?!

This is getting absolutely ridiculous!!! My contract was suspended with a client because their was payment info that got screwed up. Their financial dept resolved it this morning with oDesk, everything is verified and my contract is still on suspension. I contacted support with a critical request, I have a deadline to make this week and I currently am not able to work!! I have updated my ticket and still, nothing. Facebook just makes me come right back to the support page. No contact numbers for oDesk? No responses or help on immediate issues? What kind of customer service is that?!
