My account was stolen and the email address was changed and I cannot enter it, I have all the proofs that it is mine. What should I do?

First thing is to reach out to support with these details especially the timeline at which your account was tampered with.

Hi!!!!!!! someone stole my account, using this link you can find my previous account which was hacked.

But now it isn't visible. Could you please check is it closed or not. If it isn't closed please close my account.
I have all the proofs that it is mine, if you want we can talk via skype, or I can send you my documents e.t.c.

I want to clarify that the account was not exactly stolen from me, but it
was created by someone using my personal data (name, photo, etc.). I titled
my message Stole my account because I couldn't understand how to create new
topic, I just found this one.
Please resolve it ASAP because I don't want my personal data to be used by
someone else except me!

If you want we can talk via skype, I can send you my personal documents or
anything you need to prove that it is me.

It's difficult, but try not to panic and follow the advice you have been given by two moderators in this thread - send them all the details you can think of and they will try and sort it for you.

 

Presumably this person took the data from your existing Upwork account and created another account in your name?
