Stolen account

Hello,i am using my brothers account to get help on my stolen account that i can no longer access.My account was stolen and all the login details changed,now i can no longer access it.I have all the proof that the account was mine and i had even  booked a call for verification.Kindly assist me in getting it back as it had some money.
