Stop Getting Response to my proposal

I use to be an active freelancer with a couple of gigs. but since when I dropped from top-rated with a 3-star rating from my last client. since then getting a job has been very difficult. I stop getting responses to my proposals anymore. 

please can anybody help me with getting my freelancing career back?
