Stop/Suspend subscription

I tried to discontinue subscription but there does not seem anyway out, please fix this.

Hi Rajesh,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Please go to his page, and click on "Change Plan." You'll see the option to switch to the basic plan.

I stil could not locate the page that you mentioned (Membership Plans). Could you please add the link for the same.

Hi Rajesh,

 

You can access your Membership plans from the Settings page > Membership & Connects tab. Click the 'Change Plan' button and then hit the 'Switch to Basic' button as seen on the screenshot shared in AJ's response.

Thanks for the link,  I tried however I am getting below error 

 

We are in process of subscription renewals and upgrades are not possible during that period. Please come back later

You have to cancel it atleast one day ahead of the renewal date.
