Stop getting work although being a top-rated plus

Hello,

Since January 2020, I almost stopped being accepted by any client. I am a top-rated-plus and have a top-rated agency. I have a good job success score. 
But I am not getting work on upwork.

In many cases, I found that less experienced with lower profile history took the jobs for a higher hourly rate than I proposed 

Do you have any suggestions?
