Strange Account Activity

I keep recieving emails titled "Thanks for flagging" which then goes on to talk about my terms of service report. A day or two later I will then receive another email saying that the isseu has been looked into and action taken. This has happened over 10 times now.... I HAVE NOT FLAGGED ANYTHING.

Is this something in the settings that I can switch off?  Or has somebody got access to my account or Username??

Are you able to tell me what this is and how I stop it from happening?  It is a huge waste of time for myself and yourselves at UpWork having to deal with it.
