Strange blank screen on trying to buy connects or membership upgrade

When i tried to buy connects after choosing number of connects and clicking buy connects, the sidepanel is sliding from the right but it is empty. Nothing over there. Same thing on membership upgrade.

Attached the screenshot pls look into it. I wanna buy connects or upgrade.

Afterwards, you should be able to upgrade by following instructions shared in this help article or purchase Connects by following instructions shared in this help article.
