Strange job post

Isn't it strange? It's the second time I've come across this job post which ends with:

"You will have to finish your message with a palm tree a cloud , a rose , a rabbit and
kiss and a rainbow emoji. The price indicated is for the whole mission and if you are selected there will be a video call, apply if only it suits you. keep in mind that this mission is very poorly paid for the time you invest (price indicate is final payement) , the most suitable profile is the person who seeks to have more experience and improve their profile but other profiles are..."

I don't know if it's a joke!
