Submit Proposal Disabled

I did a small mistake when the first time submitting and the proposal has been declined by the client.  The "submit a Proposal" button is disabled when I was trying to resubmit. Is it possible can I resubmit the declined proposal? How It will be enabled to resubmit? Please, see attachement.

Hi Madhavi,

If a proposal has already been declined, a freelancer won't be able to submit a new one for the same job by design. Feel free to submit new proposals for other projects.
