Submit a proposal button not working

Hello!

when I press the (submit a proposal) button it opens a new page without any fields to complete so that i can submit my proposal.

kindy for your urgent help please as I cant submit any proposal due to this problem

Hi Ahmed,

I checked and it looks like you submitted a proposal quite recently. Could you please let us know if you still need help with this? If you do, you can also try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.
