Is there any problem at this moment with submitting proposals?
When I try to submit a proposal my browser is opening another tab as usual but the tab is empty (please see screenshot attached).
I tried on a few different job openings and always the same thing.

Hi Goce,
I checked this for you and was not able to replicate the issue you're experiencing. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue?

Hi Bojan,
I was just going to write that I resolved the issue.
As you suggested I cleared the cookies and everything went back to normal.
