Submitted more than 40 proposals but only get response from one client.

I have submitted 40+ proposals in last 10 days but only get one response. I have bought connects from upwork as well but now they are also going in vain. I have uploaded my work on upwork as well and according to upwork my profile is 100%, I have also verified my payment method but no response at all.
