Hey. I haven't received my money even though UPWORK sent me email notifications that my payment has already been processed. What really is the problem with MPESA withdrawal?

However, there are occasions when it may take up to 24 hours on weekdays or the next business days on weekends. If it has been more than 24 hours and one business day, let us know so that we can assist you further.
