Submitted proposal disappeared

Hi,

I have submitted two proposals in the same day last week. Today I checked my proposals status and found one of them disapeared. And I couldn't find the client of the proposal I submitted to. Any ideas for what's going on?

 Check your archived proposals

You'll probably see the "missing" proposal there, and when you click on it you'll see why it was archived. Please note that anything that says "inappropriate job posting" means that Upwork has taken it down because it was a breach of the terms of service or there was a problem with the client.

Others may have been declined, or the job cancelled etc.

Personally after I apply I never look at my proposals again until and unless they are turning into interviews / active candidacies.

I apply and forget about it.

Have you checked your archived proposals as well? The client could have cancelled the job or declined your proposal.

Hi,

Some time job is closed so submitted propsal are exhibited in archieved. You can find disappeared propsal there.

Please check in your archived proposals section in case the client declined your proposal or cancelled the job.

Hi Davis,

Please click on Proposals under your Find Work tab, and check at the buttom of the page under Submitted Proposals if the proposal in question is not under the archived page. I can see a very recently submitted proposal from you in the Submitted Proposals section. Once you click on a proposal from there, you can click the "Propose Different Terms" button to make changes.

happened to me once and it was a system glitch. Proposals reappeared again.
