So, I typically submit work within the client's "MILESTONE" page. This time, I completely forgot to do that and submitted work within my MESSAGES with the client. The milestone has been funded earlier but I don't see where I can withdraw the funds. How do I CORRECT this? THANK YOU.

Why not just re-submit the work using the "Submit" button for the funded milestone?

Thanks for the response, Will. The Submit button isn't available/nowhere to be found on the pertinent Milestone. I've contacted Support to inquire about possible solutions.

Thank you. A Support Member reached out to me with a response. Evidently, the client had previously funded the Milestone. And although the work was not uploaded under Milestone, funds should be available soon.

The client released the payment to you manually. The submit button ensures you have proof of delivery and starts the counter for automatic release of the money in 14 days when the client takes no action.
But the client can pay you at any time even before you sending the work.
