Success rate help information not available?

Hovering over the question mark next to our job success score and clicking "Learn more" takes you to https://support.odesk.com/entries/23152927 but all that gives me is "You do not have access to this topic". Helpful. Support just ttold me to clear my cookies, which seems to be their response to everything these days...

 

(I also still don't understand this score; 100% of my clients would recommend me, I've got a 4.76 feedback rating, but only 92% success. I've got a lot of "No feedback given", but despite repeated requests to the clients to leave some (even if it's bad) there's nothing I can do about that so I'm wondering if that's related to my success score suddenly having dropped from 100%?)

I am not sure about the link in "My Stats" as I don't have a link for this, but you can still pull it up going to "Help"

You might want to look at "My Stats" in Help as it has a breakdown of what is calculated

Matthen I have the exact same problem even opened the ticket for this and another issue around 23 days back but got no response and it was magically closed.




I have re-opened the ticket  since last 12 days but haventrecieved even any intimation or update the problem,  I was just  waiting for it to magically close gain before sharing  the details with the community.



  • The support staff does not responds for 23 days and closes ticket's with updating or fixing issues no problem




The contractors never bother to close the contract  or leave feedback that totally alright too.


But if  contractors ( the children of lesser gods) don't respond to spam or lowball offers their Job success score would be penalised or even  the accountcould be banned due to this mystical score getting low because Odesk has decided overnight that its going to  take into account the responsiveness along with "many more" mystical factors into account.  When in reality contractors have little or no control on many of these factors, they cant filter the kind of invites they get but still they have to manually decline those offers (even if they are below the contractors min budget ) else they would be penalised

Thanks for raising this Matthew. It looks like we're showing an incorrect link on the My Stats page. We'll get this updated.
