Success rate

My job success rate is at 75% and I think it's because I still have an old project that was never marked as completed although it was. I think this is related to the move from elance to upwork. Could you please help me with this matter?

No, it isn't. As long as money was paid under a contract, it doesn't hurt your JSS as long as you don't have a ridiculous percentage of such contracts.

Generally, there are only 2 things that hurt your JSS:

1. Nothing ever paid contracts (closed or open for months)
2. contracts with poor feedback.
