Suggested jobs emails

I get an email every once in a while suggesting jobs I might want to apply to. The types of jobs are good, but the pay rates are not. Many of the jobs pay an hourly rate far below the hourly rate I got for my first job on Upwork back in 2007 and are ones I wouldn't ever in a million years consider. I would suggest that the algorithm for these emails be tweaked so that the rate of the jobs displayed is more in line with what the freelancer is currently working at, bidding at, and with their profile rate.
