[Suggestion] Replace "Play Video" with a video preview on profiles

I don't wanna record myself on camera and not be seen. That "Play Video" on profiles should be more prominent, by having a video preview showing up with a play icon, so clients can easily tell there is a video over there while viewing profiles.

This will also be beneficial because one can get creative and design a catchy thumbnail to encourage clients to click the video. Lastly, it will be nice if you add an icon next to freelancers in the proposal list (clients' job view), indicating those who have a video attached to their profiles.

Do this and I'm in.
