Suggestion about Identity confirmation

I have just submitted my ID as Upwork requested, but I have encountered a glitch a few times where I made errors with certain data I submitted.

 

I would highly suggest that whoever is going through this data, be it automated or otherwise, include the reason why an id form was rejected. If you don't do that, we are forced to contact support, ask them what the problem is, then they have to dig through our accounts, find the reason and tell us.

 

The process just repeats itself if we make a mistake. We have to keep contacting support. You already have the reason for declining an id form, you should include it in the email that says it has been rejected!
