Suggestion for calculating freelancer rank

The freelancer rank is calculated with many variables I will not detail in this post (largely documented in the help section)

The fact is that  for example, if no feedback is given, upwork will consider this negative, and this willl not benefit your rank. I agree that in some cases not having a feedback is not really positive.

But for example I have a client we did already our 4th project or 5th , she left once a feedback, and never left any feedback again, even if we keep working together since almost 2 years. in our workflow, feedback isnt really important, we keep working together, that's important.

So I havent read anything about "client fidelity and continuity" defining a freelancer rank and I think that if "no feedback is given" lowers your freelancer stars, many contracts for many months for the same client, should raise your points, even without feedback from that client, that keeps calling you.

What do you think? do you also have good clients that never leave feedback?
