Support Tickets - Nothing Happens?

Is it just me or when you send in a support ticket. Nothing ever gets done? They just close the ticket and say its solved when its not solved.

Honestly I am not finding upwork to be very helpful at all.

If you just recently had a ticket about an issue, you can update it by replying to the email notification or by accessing it under My Requests on this page.
