I'm trying to reach out marketplace-appeals but I don't get any reply. I have a lot of certificates to provide that are not being included in my profile and I am more than ever convinced and determined to be more accurate with bids and take jobs on Upwork.
Please, help.
Does that not tell you anything? They reply once or twice, usually, but it gets a bit tedious to keep repeating "No, your account won't be reinstated."

Not quite. If people make a lot of proposals and never, or very rarely get hired then that means one of 2 things:
- Clients are not interested in what that freelancer has to offer, so there is no point letting that freelancer continue cluttering up the proposal lists
- The freelancer uses Upwork to find clients to work with outside the platform, in which case keeping the freelancer around is also a bad idea.
