Suspended Account

Ok, so I’ve got a notification at the top of my screen telling me that my accounts been suspended. It’s not told me why, and it’s given me no method by which to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, however next to that ticket it also says 'solved', which was the main cause of my confusion. Sorry, I should have made it clearer, but does it mean that the suspension is only temporary?
