Suspended Client's Account.

Almost 2 months ago Upwork suspended one of my client's account and paused the contacts (two contacts - one fixed price and one hourly contact) with that client. Today I found out (after reading some posts) that open jobs without any activity can affect my Job success score negatively. My job success score goes from 100% to 80% without any negative feedback from any client.I am totally confused now. My question is does those paused contacts affects my JSS? What should I do now about those contacts?

The contracts with clients who are suspended do not count towards your JSS so you might as well end those contracts as they won't hurt you if they end without feedback.

Hi Nahid,

I can confirm the information Petra provided and can confirm you can close these contracts yourself if there wasn't any progress made in regards to the issues with the client accounts.
