Suspended Upwork Account

Dear Concern,

Its been 7 years my upwork account (old oDesk) has been suspended over client satisfaction issues, since then i almost left my freelancing career.

I believe i didnt violet anything serious and still i m cofused over the suspension.
I wonder is there anyway to get activate my upwork account again, its been a long time and i wish to start my freelancing career again by abiding upwork rules and community guidlines.
