Suspended account without any reason, no ticket found.

I am new here on upwork, and im so confuse why my account was suspended and this is my new account i made. My friend told me to contact upwork but still no reply found, I wish posting here can help me. Please fix it as soon as possible. Here is my ticket #5013520. Its very disappointing.
