I haven't used upwork for a while, logged in 2 weeks ago and noticed that my account is suspended. I'm not able to submin proposals, only to view them. I tried getting information from custommer suport about how can I fix this, but no result.

Did you already apply to this job? You would see that above what you have shown on your screenshot.
Can you look if the job is maybe closed?
