Suspended client and feedback

Hi I have recently been hired by a client, but some days later his account was suspended. I had given an estimate of time for completion, that I will probably not meet because of the time the account was suspended. When I mentioned the suspension to the client, he told me that he was solving the issue but also asked me the job status (I don't know whether he is scammy or just unexperenced, although I don't have a gut feeling with him). Anyways, I am afraid that he can end the contract and leave me bad feedback. Is that possible?. In such case, can I dispute (successfully) the feedback?
