Suspended contract

Hello,

 

My contract is suspended by Upwork. I get notification few days ago that I will be notified as soon the problem is solved. Since then the whole week is passed and I didn't get notification. My client paied my but the contract is blocked still. Does someone has experience and tell me what should I do?

Probably nothing you can do but wait.

 

Log in to Upwork every day and check the messages queue under bell icon and also check help desk tickets under question mark icon.

 

Don't rely on email.

 

But all that is just a way of waiting more proactively while the matter is resolved.

 Can simply waiting be seen as being proactive?

Hi Milica,

 

I checked and it doesn't look like any of your contracts are suspended anymore. You should be able to continue working on your contracts.

Thank you Valeria for checking.

I still don't see the amount in my weekly timesheet for that contract,  but I see that the client paided me.
