Suspended contract

I have one question please. I just got a notification that one of my contracts is suspended. It is obviously it is not a payment issue as my clients payment method is verified. How can I found out why the contract was suspended? Thank you!

Nothing "obvious" about it.

A payment method being verified does not stop said payment method failing.

Most often it means the client did not pay for something.

You can't. Just don't do any work until the contract has been resumed.
