I've worked with a client for the past two weeks in a fixed price contract. I finished the project and I delivered it to him. He accepted the milestone and the funds were released and are pending, then suddenly after one day, the money disappears from my account and I received this message from UpWork "You sent a refund of $1,500.00 to {client name}", however I didn't send any refund and also the client didn't ask me any refund.
Although, the client's payment method is verified by UpWork, the money was fully funded by the client and was under UpWork escrow.
I'm very frustrating and feeling disappointed, I don't know what I should do next. Can anyone help me please ?
