Suspended

Hi, I'm new to UpWork and my acc is suspended for some reason(it says: "Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support."). I tried to create a new acc but i got the same message again... Let me know if there is anything i can do to fix it, or at least tell me why is my acc suspended? Thanks.
