Suspension Removal

Hi,

Me and my elder brother both are software engineers. He was working on this platform about 3 years ago now he wish to be back on platform so we can work as an agency but his account is suspended and he cannot reach out to support and also not able to ask in community. Whenever he clicks in customer support link it redirects him back to the job board. Is their anything which can be done? Anyone could ask the support to contact him? I will share his email address in PM.
