Suspicious Client

Hi,
today I received an offer from a client related to financing, money laundry, or might terrorist activities. after I question the client he just blocked me and the messages disappeared but I have some screenshots and the offer URL.

I cannot find any place to report this!
should I attach the information and screenshots publicly here?!
