Hi Brandon, it's against the forum rules to share identifying information about a client, fyi.

Whenever a client requests to use email before a contract, they may be unaware of the rule, so I simply remind them that we have to stick to communication on Upwork before the contract. If they insist, I know they're not the client for me. If necessary, you can report clients from the message room by navigating to the three dots on the upper right side.
