Suspicious activity

I've received two similar offers from different people during this week. They sound like "I help Upwork's newest clients find the best freelancers for their first job postings". What should I do with this and could it be dangerous for my account or no?

Hi Valeria,

Talent Specialist are a part from Upwork, they are shortlisting candidates for clients. The shortlisted candidates are presented to the client and it`s the client decision on who to hire on their job posting.
This is not suspicious at all and I encourage you to accept the invitation, this may lead to  new clients for you.

I've never seen such offers before so forgive me my suspicion. I hope I didn't offend anyone as I didn't name them.
