Switching From Freelancer Account to Agency Account

Hi,

Presently I am offering my services using Freelancer Account as an individual. What options are available if I wish to work as a company using Agency Account over  Upwork after getting it registered with the concerned local corporate authority? Will I have to go for closing my freelancer account at first? Kindly guide in details.
