Switching emails on upwork

Hello All,

 

I recently requested to change my email on upwork, it's been more than 5 days yet the request is still pending. Can anyone be of help to explain what is happening ?

What do you mean you requested it? Did you change it in your settings and saved it? Did it not change?

Hello 
I changed my email in my settings and saved it 3 days ago. 
After that I got this message:

Email change request pending

You have a pending request to change your email address to m******sk@yandex.ru. To complete this request, please check your inbox at that email address to confirm ownership of that account.

But I didn't get any pending requests on my email. 
I repeat the request today and situation is still the same.
Could you please help me?

Please check your Junk and Spam folder an let me know if any of the emails are received in this folders. Thank you!

Please click on your photo in the upper-right corner > update your email address on the Contact Info page and let us know if you need further assistance.

Exactly what i did and it's not switched for more than 4 days.

 

It says pending and that i should click the link sent to my new email to confirm this which i already did twice but it stays same.
