Hi,

 

Whenever I am trying to submit a proposal, I receive a message saying

 

Sorry, we were unable to save your application.

Please try again or contact support.

 

Kindly let me why this problem is there and when it will get resolved.

Upwork has been facing this issue quite frequently these days. They should update the back end of the website as soon as possible. As sometimes it gets really frustrating. I have been trying to apply for a very interesting job which came in recently. But due to this issue, I am unable to do any new bid.
