System will not accept my bank information

The Upwork platform does not appear to want to accept my German bank details. I need to get paid. What can I do? What can they do?

I checked and it seems that you already added your payment method. Please note that you will need to submit your W-8BEN form in order for your payment method to be activated. To learn more about this form and how to submit follow the instructions listed in this help article.
