No.

There is no rule against that:

As long as each person has their own unique Upwork account, multiple people may use the same computer.

Upwork is not the "device police." Upwork is not the "IP address" police. Upwork is not the "MAC address police."

But Upwork uses algorithms and techniques to flag suspicious activity. Multiple people using the same computer may flag an Upwork user's accounts for further review. If one person is caught using more than one Upwork account, they are likely to be suspended or permanently terminated from the platform.
