TIME TRACKER NOT LOADING - WINDOWS 10 USER HERE

Hello,

I am using Windows 10, for some reason, the Upwork time tracker doesn't load, only the messages app showing. I tried to uninstall and install it a couple of times now but still the same. Can I get some help here?
