TIRED! Frustrated I want to quit UPWORK

I start to use Upwork in March from that moment I spent many hours working on improving my profile, reading Upwork articles on how to do a Proposal and I just have 4 contracts at the beginning but since May I don't have a single contract. The worst thing is that I have $60.00 pending payment and if there is no $100.00 or more I cant have access to that payment so basically I work 6 months ago for that $60.00 and still can use it. 

If someone can look on my profile and see what is the problem will be awesome or someone that can really tell me if this platform is a big scam and it doesn't work as well as they say.

You can withdraw any amount manually, just not automatically. 

Your profile is very impersonal. It does not connect to the reader. You need to speak to a potential client. Have you researched your competition, or just other translators?
