TOP-RATED STATUS LOST DUE TO PROFILE INCOMPLETE

Hi All! I just noticed my TOP-RATED status suddenly disappeared although I'm qualified 16 out of 16 weeks. I think this is because my profile became incomplete when i removed sample work on my portfolio.

Can someone enlighten me whether I should inform Upwork about this? or will this refresh on its own? if it does, when will this refresh?
