TOP RATED badge - when can I get it back?

Hello comminuty,

Two weeks ago my JSS dropped to 89 and I lost my top rated badge.

Today my JSS increased to 90 but badge doesn't appear.

Help my please to undesrtand why.

How are your top rated eligible weeks looking? If they are 13 or more then it will come back in a day or two.
